🌱 Live Plant Shipping Policy

This policy applies only to live plants purchased from RarePlantNinja.

 

📦 Shipping Schedule

  • Live plants ship on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month

  • Orders placed after a shipping date will ship on the next scheduled shipping Monday

  • Plants are shipped via UPS

  • U.S. shipping only

 

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

 


 

🌡️ Temperature Policy

Plants are living items and are sensitive to cold temperatures.

 

  • If temperatures along the shipping route are forecasted to fall below 32°F, your plant will be held for safety

  • Orders will ship once conditions are safe

  • Shipping delays due to temperature holds are non-refundable

 

 

 

🧊 Insulation & Heat Packs

  • Insulation is included with all live plant shipments

  • Heat packs are optional and may be purchased separately

  • Heat packs are recommended during cold weather but do not guarantee plant survival

RarePlantNinja is not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures or carrier delays, even when insulation or heat packs are used.

 


 

🚚 Shipping Method Requirement

To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee, customers must select UPS 2-Day shipping or faster at checkout.

 

  • Orders shipped using slower services do not qualify for live arrival coverage

  • Selecting slower shipping is done at the buyer’s risk

 


 

 

🌿 Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on live plants shipped via UPS 2-Day or faster.


To be eligible:

 

  • Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the plant in original packaging are required

  • Photos must show the entire plant and any damage clearly

 

Claims submitted outside this window or without required photos may not be approved.

 


 

🔁 Replacements & Refunds

If a claim is approved:

 

  • A replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and reviewed on a case-by-case basis

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

 

  • Improper care after delivery

  • Cosmetic or temporary transit stress

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related holds
