Refund policy
At RarePlantNinja, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping our products. If an issue occurs, we will do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a missing or incorrect item:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos if applicable

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Replacements & Refunds
If a claim is approved:
• A replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Improper care after delivery
• Cosmetic or temporary transit stress
• Carrier delays
• Weather-related shipping holds
Shipping Delays
RarePlantNinja is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Live Arrival Guarantee (Plants Only)
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on live plants shipped via UPS 2-Day or faster.
To qualify:
• Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
• Clear photos of the plant in its original packaging are required
• Photos must show the entire plant and any damage
Claims submitted outside this window or without required photos may not be approved.
Shipping Method Requirement
To qualify for Live Arrival coverage:
• Orders must be shipped using UPS 2-Day or faster
• Orders shipped with slower services do not qualify for live arrival coverage
• Choosing slower shipping methods is done at the buyer’s risk
Temperature & Weather Policy
Plants are living items and sensitive to extreme temperatures.
• Orders may be held if temperatures fall below 32°F along the shipping route
• Orders will ship once conditions are safe
• Weather-related shipping delays are non-refundable
Heat Packs & Insulation
• Insulation is included with live plant shipments
• Heat packs are optional and may be purchased separately
• Heat packs help reduce risk but do not guarantee plant survival
RarePlantNinja is not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures or carrier delays, even when insulation or heat packs are used.
